I have seen fantastic work and a great team (that is why I am extremely shy to do this job myself) they are quite demanding, but it does seem like there are other good reasons a person can find jobs in tech but I am not one of them. The best way to manage this is to take a few hours of time for someone to write down your resume, or add video clips from interviews, or document your career really well by studying the resumes and reading up on various interview data. But, I am not entirely sure about using an interview site to recruit you, but would appreciate a look at how it works.
