The client has been working in that environment for 30 years and I wonder if it is something the client really cares about, otherwise it is quite stressful for me. So I am in a position to ask. You should also read who I talk to about HR at this time. You want a dedicated person or person in your workplace who is ready to do the HRM stuff.
