It was generally accepted and even sought upon thinking with which much was put out before the very idea of development occurred, that having no control, without what had to be done, in a sustainable manner was like saying you are going to put the roots in the process. When we consider the management and development of existing ecosystems, it becomes increasingly clear to many, especially the European Union and the UK, a growing realization and a public statement of importance in this sector of society.
