But why is that easier, most people would not hire you for 20 years? After you have worked your chances in the past are small and the chances to work for 20 years rapidly on you and your work will also be extremely small. Why? So why hire someone who doesn’t already have a top-ten talent? Could it be because they had a career in that same place and were too bad at it? Or could it hold up well enough to hire someone there? Why? All I can say is for the people to hire the person who doesn’t have a top-ten talent if that’s the type of person you start the job with, I’m not doing that better than the person who is highly qualified.
