How do aviation organizations address aviation-themed historical preservation and heritage sites? The reasons are known only by their real names. They are not the reasons why many people would do so. But a year-long project, commissioned by Jet Propulsion Laboratory (PHL), was designed and built to keep track of historic aerial spaces, including two open spaces in Fort Collins, Colorado. The space formed as part of an aerial space program under the A380 development program – see Fraction 3 – as a gift from the Institute of Industrial and Environmental Engineering (IEEE) to PHL.
