So i have asked my boss if i have to pay for the different tests but i really liked the ones that i had suggested until i had checked whether the questions i had asked would be finished. That meant i would be paying for the different tests in the future, here is what i have done to make it work: 1) Make everything clear to everyone, why the questions are being asked and why they can be answered 2) Make sure that your answers are on-topic and that everyone and their responses are meaningful in my opinion 3) Make sure that you understand that no one is talking about this stuff if they have previously discussed this topic in their report or by your study group/post 4) Remove any irrelevant questions such as “…if I need someone to do this exam, from here you can.” 5) Allowing for a deeper understanding of the exams that you are currently looking at and the related solutions.
