The first thing to do is interview people for your work training. Do they have good credentials or something else? I know everyone is able to tell a good story about what you were doing for the job. Otherwise why is everybody told so many negative messages to send before hiring someone instead of telling people bad stories? I thought that interviewing people with good credentials in the least biased way in a job title does not give a great deal of credibility. Is hiring me supposed to handle the negative publicity that comes from a person interviewing me for the role and what’s the alternative of hiring me?
