I had worked with a colleague at eCommerce.io and some of the managers said that eCommerce was not ethical but they followed these rules because they just weren’t open to it… but I understand why. The first comment I got was that we have to always get a 100% feedback from each client to ensure that our company has the best in getting it right. This was definitely something we would value, but I do think it means you need to check with them again at least more often if you get a real reaction. Maybe in a few years, training managers can.
