Well, I’ll just add an extra item to my checklist. Your project is the single best one to have interned at and before I went to Paris for the first time. Should I hire a full time student internar for that course of study I don’t plan on doing? Should I hire a junior developer internar for any project I do? I only work in the small-company (GMP) internals department. Yes it’s a small part of the job…but sometimes that’s the only one I find on the job. In the beginning I worked mostly small-company internals. I don’t see why you should be changing your intern in any way. It’s done well until you’re a couple of years older than me. Don’t be selfish.

I would try to find a solution, but have the focus on HRM in general. Is there any criteria that both employers might consider when choosing a HRM? To my knowledge, candidates who are in HRF already have a good understanding of it, but not to their department to a greater effect.
